Excellent Book! Invaluable information!

I purchased this book for an Educational Psychology course at UNLV. This was well written and had great information for dealing with kids, and adults. This is a great tool for more than teachers and counselors, but essential for anyone that has ever, and will ever speak to another human being at any point in their life.
